Background
Founded in 2004, Nascent Solutions is an international humanitarian and development organization dedicated to building capacity for vulnerable people especially women and youth to live self-fulfilling lives.
We do this by building the capacity of target communities and local partners in the areas of Agriculture and Food Security, Literacy and Skills Development, Basic Health and Child Care and the Protection of the Rights of the Woman and the Child.

Internships
Nascent Solutions accepts a maximum of six (6) interns per calendar year for short-term placement in some African field offices or at Nascent Solutions' Alexandria, VA headquarters. Interns must be self-financed. When available, internships will be posted on this web-site. Unsolicited internship résumés and letters of intent are welcome from individuals and organizations. Volunteer Opportunities
While Nascent Solutions, Inc. does not use volunteers in its overseas work, volunteers are encouraged to submit résumés for opportunities at Nascent Solutions' Alexandria, VA, headquarters location. Volunteer opportunities are at a minimum of 6 months in duration when available, and are posted on this web-site. Unsolicited résumés are welcome.
