Thanks to the kindness of donors like you and our partner the USDA, we are bringing hope to girls and young women who have been victims of gender based violence in Cameroon’s conflict. We have organized community wide forums, to advocate for the safety of girls and women during conflict. We have brought families, social leaders, elders and community members together to offer vocal support the the girl and women, victims and for their children, born as a result of the violence inflicted upon them. Our total received donations to this point of over $20,000 have helped us to directly provide these girls and women with: food assistance, baby essentials, domestic supplies and cash payments.  We thank you for your continued support!!

The ongoing civil crisis in Cameroon has destabilized the NorthWest and Southwest regions. 3 years in, hundreds have been killed, schools shuttered and houses burned in the affected regions. An unspoken victim of the unrest is the rural girl. Out of school and a target in an unstable environment. In 15 villages, surveyed by Nascent at least 15 girls in each have been assaulted and rendered pregnant, during the crisis. We need your help to reach them, supplies, baby essentials and food.
